Many, many moons ago, during the Indus Valley Civilization (BC 3000 – BC 1500), a council of sages from different regions, each representing various concepts of traditional medicine convened in the Himalayas. There were Gurus’ from South, North, Central Asia; they gathered to compose a Life Science, Ayurveda, combining the excellent aspects of apiece regional wisdom. The sacred knowledge of Ayurveda was taught from generations to the present India in its purest form as a part of culture and daily life.

The literal meaning of the word ‘Ayurveda’ is the science of life.

Ayurveda is a science dealing not only with treatment of some diseases but is a complete way of life. Ayurveda draws its concepts and practices from Vedas. It is five thousand years of wisdom distilled into a system of practice. This tradition of natural healing system has been a part of culture and daily life in India. Ayurveda is much more than the wellbeing of the body. Ayurveda defines health as 'Purity' of the body, mind and soul. It leads not merely to the well being of the individual; it leads to the well being of the universe. It restores harmony and existence. This system of science, stresses on the health promotion & preventive care in addition to curing them. It is the most natural way to refresh yourself, eliminate all toxic imbalances from the body, regain resistance and good health.
